A few Father's Day Cards...

With Mother's Day tomorrow that means Father's Day is around the corner. First of all -We really need more Dad stuff on cartridges.
With my Basic Grey-Origins paper in hand I had to make this card.  I used Stamping the solution cartridge.

I used A Childs Year for this card and a saying that is really important to me.
For this card I used Beyond Birthdays.
I love ribbon so I just used my ATG to attach the ribbon to the back for a little kick.

Have a great Mother's Day!

Scrapbook Steals Deal of the Day-Spring Has Sprung-HAS SOLD OUT

Happy Friday!!  I was asked by Scrapbook Steals to design with this awesome kit at they are featuring today.  OMG-This kit is fantastic...  They are sure to sell out so click HERE quick... I also have to tell you that they are a great company to work with.  They always feature a deal a day.  They show the "Deal of the Day" at 9am MST to see what todays feature it. And if you are not a fan on facebook add them.
I added a little cricuting.  The cuts from Mickey & Friends were the tree at 7 1/4, sun 1in and clouds at 3in.  The hill under the tree is from Walk in the Garden cut at 4 in. The cuts from Easter 2010 cart were eggs at 1in and bunnies at 1 1/2.

The 3-D stickers were fun to use.

This card I did just a little sewing very easy to do.   The next card I used my cricut to cut the pears at 3in.

Please feel free to ask me any questions.  And don't forget to become a follower and comment to be put in the drawing for blog candy.  See post  below.

Layout & Card w/Mother's Day Cart.

This layout and card were both made using the Mother's Day cart.  It really is a great mini cart. I cut the Ladybugs with Doodlecharms. The paper I used on the layout was SU Designer Series.  It is just black with white polka dot.  I used a classic red to cut the frame.  I used a white pen and stickles to dress them both up.

Is it Spring/Easter yet?

Ok-Maybe I am rushing it but these cartridges are sooo cute.
I made these 2 cards with the Easter cart and the new "Lucy Bird" paper.
The Chocolate bunny was embossed and chalked with white. I also added stickles in yellow for his eyes. And the chick's, grass and "Happy Easter" was distressed and a little bling added.

Mother's Day cartridge tomorrow and another altered item.....
